I was super excited for my appointment but left disappointed. My stylist was nice but lacked some professionalism. I went for a dark balayage, where she was 30mins late and took over 5 hours. And when I left I had blonde money pieces and parts that she missed by my neck. She was willing to fix the issue but the following week was also late. I left decently satisfied that day but the toner wore off in a week. When I informed her she never responded to my message.
