My hair came out great. Time was a bit long especially since the appointments were backing up, but Chev and Rowanna (not sure of spelling) apologised and kept me informed the entire process. They are an awesome asset. I am suggesting your new team member not make her personal calls and put it on speaker. Loved that Covid protocols were always maintained..
