Ann was so patient; accommodating and friendly. She had already read my note and knew that as a newcomer to the salon I was a bit nervous about having my hair cut as I am VERY particular. She not only eased all my tension, she made me feel pampered, as if I was the only person in the salon. She looked at the pictures I had loaded on my phone and together we decided what look would be best for my hair. I left with a beautiful haircut that is so easy to take care of. Thank you Ann for taking such great care of your clientele. I will DEFINITELY be back !!
