Dear Client,

As a valued member of our lash family, we want to ensure your lashes always look their best. Here are some important reminders regarding lash fills:

Return for fills when 50% of your lashes are still remaining to maintain optimal volume and length.

If less than 30% of the lashes remain, this may be considered a full set. We advise discussing this during your first set to avoid surprises.

During application, use eye pad placement time to strategize. Focus on creating symmetry of volume and length for a balanced look. Prioritize evening out lashes for good symmetry, even if time is limited.

Assess the condition of your lashes during each fill. Note any skew, messiness, or premature shedding. Our goal is continuous improvement.
