Reiki is a beautiful energy healing technique  that promotes many benefits including; relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, pain relief, reducing fatigue and brain fog to name but a few.

Reiki is a non invasive practice in which the client lays comfortably on a treatment bed, fully clothed and covered with a blanket. Practitioners are able to channel  energy to the clients body for healing via their hands with gentle touch, hands off and even long distance (not in the same room/ building/ town or country) if desired. The clients body takes what energy it needs and to where it is needed within the body. The energy can improve balance of mind, body and spirit.
