“We founded AJ 1-2-1 Coaching in September 2018, and our mission hasn’t changed from that day. Our mission is to influence every footballer, ranging from grassroots to professional, and play a part in their development. In the process in doing so we will instill self-belief, confidence, and self-motivation into every player that comes past our eyes. We believe there is more to football than just stepping onto the pitch week in, week out and kicking a ball around; football is a way of life. Football has personally taught us so many life lessons, and helped shape the people we are today. We truly believe we have a duty to create not only good footballers, but also good people. Above all else if we are able to create good people we will be happy. We personally believe the player will only grow as far as the environment they are placed in. This is why creating the perfect environment is another huge mission of ours. The environment we create is electrifying, all of our sessions are delivered with passion & enthusiasm, mixed in with the rapport that our coaches are able to make with the players creates a certain atmosphere that’s unexplainable - you need to witness it to understand it.” Adam & Jack Dunkerley.
