Our THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE uses anywhere from LIGHT to DEEP PRESSURE massage throughout the session to stimulate circulation, promote relaxation, & address pain. NOT the same as our DEEP TISSUE/SPORTS MASSAGE. It's done with the intent of improving medical conditions or pathologies to help improve health & wellness from illness, injury, or surgery. Our experts will customize a session that may incorporate Myofascial & Soft Tissue Release, Lymphatic, Cranial Sacral & Neuromuscular Therapy, & Range of Motion Stretching as needed to achieve individual goals.

Sarah and her massage techniques are amazing. It's hard to compare to my current massage therapist which is out of work due to post covid (I've been seeing her for 20 years). I signed up for a month membership and will also help promote my experience. Can't wait to try the salt and soak next time with a two hour massage. Simply amazing.
