Roo is very good at what she does. She considers the whole head of hair, in my case a lot of dead hair trying to work vertical layers in to give the hair more volume. 

She laughed & said I have the perfect white skunk stripe coming in that most women would pay $$$ for. I left feeling human again. Thx!
