This is a very common experience which results from the way conventional blood testing is interpreted. Even though you've been told everything looks great, your test results may be far from being what is considered physiologically optimal, or healthy. 'Normal' is not the same as OPTIMAL!
Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis utilises 'functional' ranges in order to determine disease risk and identify sub-clinical health problems long before the manifest as full-blown disease.  I will interpret  your blood test result and provide information about a range of body systems and physiological processes, all of which can be tracked over time such as blood sugar regulation, cardiovascular risk, electrolyte imbalance, hormone balance, gastro-intestinal function, liver and gallbladder function, adrenal and thyroid function, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, toxicity and oxidative stress.

In the first session we consider your entire health history (mental, emotional and physical) and explore the possible root causes  for all your symptoms.( or medically diagnosed conditions) . An understanding of how your body functions is the educational focus, followed by a Neural Organisational therapy  session to  allow your body to return to the parasympathetic nervous state which will improve your sleep, digestion and  lower your body's stress response.

First Consultation and Kinesiology Treatment

This is a follow up treatment and educational session to optimise  vitality and decrease pain in the body. 

Kinesiology Follow Session

Children do not have the coping/life skills of an adult, so when we experienced emotional trauma during childhood and adolescence  our body created a coping mechanism to help us through the event. These ‘coping’ skills are embedded in your brain memory bank and they are  reactivated  inappropriately when we experience emotional trauma as an adult. In this session we uncover those childhood coping mechanisms and deactivate them so that your brain has better neurological options available ( better, more adult ways to cope with emotionally stressful events) This leads to  emotional wellbeing, more appropriate life path direction, and stress resilience
We also discuss the genomic influence of  serotonin and dopamine on your mood and behaviour which determines how you experience emotional/traumatic events. 

Emotional Kinesiology

A gentle painless way of correcting misalignments in the spinal column and joints.. It is very similar to chiropractic adjustments, however both the practitioner and the client collaborate to fix the issue at hand.
Correction of these problems lead to the reactivation of the body's natural healing ability. 
You will be shown a few corrective exercises you can continue to do at home.
A study conducted by Khorshid et al (2010) showed significant decrease in pain intensity and functional disability in patients with chronic low back pain. A 2015 study by Mansholt et al evaluated the effectiveness of Dorn therapy for patients with non-specific back pain and found significant improvement in pain intensity and quality of life after Dorn therapy sessions.
